Where is BELIZE ?

When people ask me where Belize is, I sometimes show them where on a map, but sometimes I don't have a handy map to hand, or I'm explaining on one of those telephones that doesn't have video, so I explain using the fact that the scenery is better on the radio: On a globe of the world, on one side you've got The Americas, consisting of the continents of North America and South America and the interesting bit inbetween. That includes the Caribbean, and the countries of Central America, such as Panama (just about everyone knows where Panama is because they've heard of the Panama Canal). To the South of the United States there is Mexico. Just North of Panama there is Costa Rica, and continuing North there is Nicaragua, then El Salvador and Honduras, then Guatemala and Belize, then Mexico. Belize is just South of Mexico and East of Guatemala. Belize has an East coast on the Caribbean Sea.

So now you know where Belize is!
